Notes:
The nerf might sound extreme, but I really underestimated the ability for the feature to be "spammed" if I really wanted to in my playtesting- not to mention, the influence cost doesn't increase for each cannon unlike normal fortress of redemption. As such, 600 influence is the new cost to avoid midgame macro spamming. The CD increase helps drastically with this, as well as prevent the SM lategame to scale too hard by dropping them on cooldown.
