Fix small bug in HQ favours. Now before you can hire 8th officer you have to unlock Specialized crew II first. Earlier it was able to purhase this favour without unlocking specialized crew II.

Intel Revards decreased: 75 for normal spot (instead of 150 in vanilla), 250 for spot convoy (instead of 500 in vanilla).

Budget rewards for missions and tasks reduced by half.

Vacations set restored to previous version.

Just small changes in vacations.

Food weights adjustment (now different food types have different weights and time which is needed to load them is different too). All changes included in pdf file attached to mod.

Update notes: harder economy (food and torpeedoes prices increased - no more free torpedoes, only potatoes for free), transfer times from port to boat decreased (60 seconds per kilogram), now torpedo is transfered from port to boat in 2 hours instead of 8 hours, ports are resupplied less often (changed from 0,5 - 0,65 days, to 2,0 - 5,0 days) now it is possible that some torpedoes or other goods are not available for few days.
