Fix for Farmer milestone

The mars hologram rotates!

Fixed Philantropist (sp) requirements check + misc minor fixes.

• Added Milestone/Award sets for the new maps, plus some fixes for milestone/award swapping.
  
• Fixed L1 Trade Terminal (B) and WG Project (G) not appearing unless all expansions were selected

Added an option to the basic settings menu to allow customizing the number of preludes to draw.

Fixed Terraforming Deal (P) to trigger during the solar phase. (e.g. when TR is gained from becoming chairman / from a global event)

Minor fixes.

This is a newly updated version of the TTS Terraforming Mars mod. Changes include:

• The new Prelude 2 Kickstarter + Promo cards (4 maps, 7 corporations, 29 preludes, 38 project cards, and new milestones/awards)
