New tokens!

* Updated the track tokens (Oxygen, Temp, Venus) to be in the style of the tokens from the big box
* Custom ocean token.

Fixed several cards that weren't treated as having requirements for the purposes of Cutting Edge Technologies / relevant milestones/awards

- Aqueduct Systems (G) (still requires manually checking requirements)
- Outdoor Sports (G) (still requires manually checking requirements)
- Air Raid (E) (checks that you have 1 floater, but can't check to see if you remove the floater)

Fixed World Government Advisor (P) to properly give an ocean tile.

- Fixed cost of Cutting Edge Technology (B) from 11 -> 12 (like it says on the card)
- Fixed a bug where some cards would occasionally remain in hand when they should have been discarded
- Reduced file sizes on a bunch of images / consolidated some card images to (hopefully) improve load time / performance
