Mod Config Menu Support: Configure all settings through the Mod Config Menu, including:

-Enable Restart on Any Floor: Toggle whether restarting is allowed on any floor.

-Spend Tokens: Toggle whether Eden tokens are spent for restarts.

-Double Tap Restart: Enable or disable the double tap functionality for restarting.

Fixed a bug where tokens were only spent if the 'Dead God' achievement was unlocked.
Now tokens are spent correctly.

Fixed a bug where the restart function continued to work even with 0 tokens remaining
