Vanilla shotgun pump/insert sound lowered (went from cronchy shotgun to a pump louder than firing)

New Sounds:
- Actually replaced vanilla shotgun pump/insert sound by adding the .ogg files required (hopefully that fixes it any who)

Adjusted Sounds:
- 5.56 sound adjustment, replaced AMZ IWS sound with another variety of 5.56 sound from AMS IWS (also no shell casing tinging at the end of the sound)
- All sounds excluding silenced sounds touched on to be louder, this may change to a "universal" quieter in a future update if is too obnoxious
- Compensated .38, .44, .45LC, .50MAG, .45-70 sounds now use their regular sounds (from Arsenal[26])
- 5.56/.223/5.7 silenced sound made quieter, similar to that of the 7.62x39/5.45 silenced sounds

Removed:
- 12g Silenced: Oleh's Weapons Sounds Tweaks and Fixes by Oleh from Stalker Anomaly
