Update: 7 Aug, 2024 @ 6:09am

* Initial Release.

Changes from SVU2:
* Added a crud ton of new armor types.
* Added hood scoops and snorkels that increase engine power.
* Added plows.
* Cleaned the code significiently.

Spiked armor and plows MIGHT become functional in the future.

Now here comes the bad news:
* Due to workload, the Filibuster's and Petyarbuilt supports have been dropped.
People are welcome to re-add these supports into SVU3 on their own!

* The Vanilla submod was split into it's own mod page because people don't know how to read mod descriptions.
* I WILL NOT BE ADDING SUPPORT FOR ANY CAR MODS MYSELF BEYOND WHAT'S IN THE VANILLA ADDON!!!
Reason being is workload. SVU2 was heavily neglected because it was so painful for just one person to add to.
Again, people are welcome to make their own addons.
