- Redone variantmodels and some textures.

- French soldiers now have somewhat historically correct red pants.

- Green Jackets now have black bags and belts.

- New faces for the french soldiers, they no longer look suspiciously like Ashigaru.

Cleaned up the icons a bit and gave the units an (hopefully) unique ID in units_tables to avoid issues.

Fixed a bug with the building_units_allowed tables that caused other units to not be available.
