Fixed a major oversight where the common card distribution was being color fixed. It caused major inconsistencies with the card distribution in some sets.

Added a card back changer to the table. It's a little spartan right now, but to use it, place your desired cards to change in the black rectangle. Click the button and enter a URL then click "Change." Note that invalid URLs are not checked for right now so your cards will break if it's not valid.

- Fixed spawning being a little too fast for "Spawn Set." Eventually I will add configuration options for this.

- Added proper support for cards that require more than 1 unique token (like Wurmcoil Engine). Overall the token spawning system is a lot more robust than the previous version.

Added token functionality. Whenever the script spawns a card that has an associated token in the Scryfall API, it will spawn with that token.

Added functionality for dual faced cards. If a dual faced card is ever spawned by the script, it will spawn one that is dual faced and another with a normal card back and the front face only (for actually adding to the deck).
