Fixed 3rd person cam for dayz expansion mod.
Adjusted dials.
Rack is no longer an attachment object.
Removed spare wheel slot.

it was not possible to remove the wheels by looking at them this issue is now fixed.
Added replacement headlights on view geometry.
Adjusted Redline.
Adjusted DamageSystem.
