removed baked shadows on oicw scopeless

- fixed kill icons for oicw scopeless and spas12
- incendiary grenade; unique beep and trail, explosion is same as flare gun

- oicw scopeless; tactical reloads and disabled scope functionality
- spas 12 hl2; two-shot secondary fire with faster reload
- 357 spread; improved functionality so the spread decrease for sustained fire is consistent

- added worse sustained spread to .357 snubnose
- increased spread on .357 snubnose

- decreased spread on flare gun shotgun
- redid flare gun shotgun textures
