Update to 1.6 and new CE & VF versions

Make sure you are on the latest CE (Combat Extended) and VF (Vehicle Framework) versions.
CE has not yet been released for 1.6, so use the GitHub version instead (Development branch).

Fixes null-reference exceptions.
Corner cases:
- Upgrade Tree without any real upgrades inside (no "upgrades" node)
- Turret upgrade removes turret without adding any new (no "turrets" node)
