Turns out, NIMPBY was evaluated incorrectly. This should be fixed now.

- Fix IMPBY and IMP using the wrong operations; these were swapped, oops.
- Also change pair interations to hide if unsuccessful. Should probably check on wawa more...

Apparently I messed up an operator. This update should fix that.
- Also extend logging to add binary table for reference. Viewable in LFA, though very unreadable without extended support, atm.
This should be helpful when determining more bugs if they are present or not.

Some updates to this include the following:
- Fix some missing items associated with the module.
- Make the colorblind renderers go away upon a solve.
- Logging correction
- Bundling a PDF of a manual needed.
