BALANCE CHANGES
- Bair does more knockback
- Bair does 8% instead of 6%
- Fstrong sends at more horizontal angle
- Utilt now does 8% instead of 5%
- Fed(Dspecial) now inflicts hitstun
- Ted the Undead Head(Fspecial) dash hitbox inflicts longer stun
- Fair does less knockback
- Fair does 6% instead of 8%
- Jab does 4% instead of 8%
- Uair now does 6% instead of 8%
- Dair now does 15% instead of 18%
