Historically, the M3 Sub Machine Gun has tow possible feed systems; a 30-round detachable box or 32-round detachable box.

Originally I went with the 30 round box, because this is the same as the M16, and the American standard. However, what I neglected to factor in, is that given the version of the M3 Sub Machine gun in my mod is not the factory standard version that uses .45 APC, but the converted version designed to save on .45 ammo and utilise captured German ammo (9mm Parabellum), the magazine is not necessarily gonna be the same capacity.

As such, I upped the ammo capacity by two to reflect the capacity of the the British Sten gun 32-round magazine, which was used in the converted M3 Sub Machine guns. Why 32 rounds? Welp, 9mm Parabellum was typically issued in boxes of 16 or 32 rounds.
