Added temporary new Train Target object that eliminates camera jitter with a special script

Updated a few bug fixes: speed units now correctly use kmh instead of mps, delay timer timing fixed (was 1s late), delay timer print message behavior updated to no longer print enter time if entered before the delay time has run out

fixed issue with speed units not being correct (was m/s instead of km/h)
