Version 1.1

- Removed the separated chromatic variant. Now, it only appears when Lamplight or Spotlight is equipped under Pyrovision (Pyrovision Goggles, Lollichop, etc.).
- Increased effect size to fit on larger hats
- Decreased alpha to compensate and maintain subtlety
- Increased spawning radius, frequency, and deviation of size of dust motes
- Changed position offsetting to be local, which will place the effect closer to the center of a player’s hat
