look up and down pos added

Now HUD included.
I didnt do huds for all my weapons cuz I thought I should let players know what weapons they r exactly usin or may cause some misleading.(Eg:only sharp weapon could cut smoker's tongue before it grabs u but iv use axe to replace bat)
Since this AT4 it has to be grenade launcher, so I did hud for it.
