New features:
- Options being also available in utility and options menu
- Option for prompts to only appear upon first sighting of the enemy
- Option to only show prompts on hostiles
- Option to have a keyboard model show during opened chat
- Made helicopters killable
- Slightly better box visibility, with paint library

- lowered lantern DR from 70% to 65%, raised duration from 0.75s to 1s.

- lowered the rate of steam comments appearing from 30% to 25%
- increased the amount of strings used / block of health for steam comments (lessened things to type)
