Alpha V4 Hotfix

Various hotfixes for vehicles and other things.

Alpha V4

Contains some fixes to additonal animation and statics that were missing.
Some soft fixes to the AP mines, UH-1Y CAS.

Fixes to some layers. WMPC has been added to more layers. This inclusion is not fully finished yet as I am tweaking some overal unit changes and layer changes.

Operation First Light layers should be working again and not crashing Squad.

Small changes to bots.
Implementation of MSVs for each faction is half done in the back. Hopefully by next update this will be implemented.
Other changes and core changes for UI and gamemode implementation is done.

Soft implementation for shared VOIP by distance of 25 meters for enemy to hear you is implemented. This needs to be tested and possibly fixed. My hope is to make it optional with a keybind and limit distance to prevent less directive engagement with local comms and reducing teamplay.

Alpha v3

Setup Mobile Spawn Vehicles core. This will be introduced to factions in a later update.
Added in bots to seeding layers and working on a core for bot's to spawn for some special AAS layers.
AP Mine and Ladder deployable's had their animations fixed.

USMC Air Assualt has access to HU-1Y CAS Heli
Heli has 4 different armaments for the driver.
Zoom keybind (default Q) will zoom in for the reticle for firing.

WPMC Changes
WPMC has been implemented to all seeding, RAAS, Yeho, WFR, OPFL, Jensens, and Goro layers at this time.
Breacher kit added

Other Changes

Invasion game mode balance changes for attackers/defenders win chances:
Increased attackers starting tickets to 250 (up from 200)
Increased objective capture ticket gain to 130 (up from 100) (needs done on WFR, OPFL)

RAAS invasion scale is brought over to layers unique to SQ+.

TLF Faction - Added the HAR-66 Rocket Launcher to two LAT_2 and LAT_3 roles.
MEA Faction - Added the MPT9 SMG to the Crewman and Pilot kit roles.

Removed 1x BMP-1AM IFV from the RGF Mechanized Battlegroup
Added 1x BMP-1AM IFV to the RGF Armored Battlegroup

Many other minor changes and cleanup of base core to work off from.

##Deployables##

Fortified HAB - All factions get access to a new larger HAB (Fortified HAB). Unique INS and MIL models to come at a later date with price decrease. Limit is one of these Habs per FOB.
Helipad - All Factions except INS get this. More to come for IMF. Limit 1 per FOB and uses the Repair Station count.

Known Issues:
AP mines are currently bugged and missing animations.
UH1Y CAS Heli is currently bugged

All base game roles and faction setup's have been adopted over.

WFR and OPFL Have been implemented into Squad Plus. They are references layers so the map mod needs to be installed to use. Layer list to come later.
