Vehicle Spawn Zones Expanded:

Updated spawns.
- Removed 'Moving Trailer Large' and 'Moving Trailer Medium' from 'Utility' spawns of Vehicle Spawn Zones Expanded. (meant to spawn smaller trailers.)
- Reintroduced vanilla trailers to 'Utility' spawns.

Introduced optional add-on 'Ruined, not burnt'.
- Prevents burnt vehicles from spawning. Instead, spawns vehicles from the respective zone.
- Affects traffic jams, trailer parks and junkyards. Vehicle Zone will determine condition and other factors of spawn.
- Vehicles in traffic jams will spawn in low condition, making it somewhat balanced.
