Experimental Branch Release | some vfx and sfx, added fighter loco to all unsc corvettes, swapped guns on hal and autumn, optimized all fighter engines, replaced covn fighter rounds, removed 90% of inaccuracy code, increased fighter speeds, muffled all sounds to be more realistic to no sound in space, added mac firing noise, and got a rough draft of the mac cannon going

Also added rocket category back to missiles and optimized it greatly.

Performance is up from base 9 fps to 19!
