Applied an experimental fix to test a way to stop fighters from targeting asteroids

Applied an experimental fix to the movement system of basic ships to reduce their desire to not move (SPT 5 --> 8 )

Fixed XQ mining platform building on the right for CIS

Fixed Projectiles not colliding with antifighter mines (maybe)

Reduced Corvette build times for Republic Slightly 2 (seconds)

Reduced Cost of Nharpira by 500

Reduced Size of Nharpira by half

Reduced Build time of Nharpira by 4 seconds

As of this moment we are feeling much more comfortable about the CIS Balancing,

The CIS are a specialized Faction and expectedly so are not meant to be played traditionally

I am currently working on a youtube video walkthrough detailing the specs and purpose of each CIS ship and Republic ship
