RE-Fixed Addons personal Sight. Because now I understand these things more than before. So I decided to fix it properly. Adding some carls touch.

- Reticle changed and resized, I have also made the 3rd dimension more noticeable.
- Recoloured lens of the sight, to more purple tone.
- Deleted unused files.
