- Fixed Crotaz'l spawn script. He will now spawn at the faction leaders location instead of the capital city so Nakai can also get him.

- The faction trait for the Southern Sentinels now properly shows up in the faction overview on campaign map
- Changed the spawn script for Crotaz'l. His mission is now available to all lizardmen factions, he spawns when moving any character to the Xlanhuapec region. If no player controls a lizardmen faction, he will spawn for the Southern Sentinels AI faction.

Small rework for Crotaz'ls skill tree. All of the Scar Veteran skills from Lustria Rises are now available, with adjustments to fit in where necessary. Crotaz'ls unique skills have been expanded and turned into a separate skill line.
