The abyssal nuclear reactor is now build like a wonder
a few fixes and balance changes

Fixed an issue with the irrigation tower (consumption was accidentally doubled because of the worker)
added fermentation barrels back, now larger and with a dedicated worker.

fixed the (no longer overdrive) abyssal nuclear reactor
rescaled the power of the two nuclear reactors (waay too powerful)
added a new district subgroup
added 5 new pantry district centers
- cooking DC
- Metalworking DC
- Chemistry DC
- Abyss & nuclear DC
- Civil & Science DC
the district crossing is better and cheaper
also added some other importation preset pantries
reworked the default values for importation / exportation (will only affect new games)

There is an issue with the library storing blueprints, the current one is now deprecated while a new one does not have this problem.
removed the "nice view" wellbeing need
fixed a bunch of minor things (including bananas not being harvested)

Added a new dependency : Pantry
reworked the library, it now stores directly 50 of each fancy blueprints.
