removed the science lock from the wood fence and wood gate, placed them in the "path" tool group. also made them cheaper to contain brambles. The mechanical drills are back, with an extra display for lack of drill bits.

fixed some stuff related to the plaforms, they can be placed more freely but are not self-stackable. watertight buildings should not be placeable on top of platforms. also fixed the rooftop terrace crash.

The broken kart now drops more dynamite to help dig a hole for a lido irrigation. The lido is no longer science locked and is cheaper (until i work out how to put the irrigation towers back). Fixed a crash due to the fluid dump that no one had reported yet.

fixed the library crash, changed the mod image, the crate storage house actually stores crates + storage cap up for all housing storages. the mod will detect dependancies missing.
