Fixed a bug that would disappear aerial reconnaissance Major when he reached the veteran level 1.
All the infantry can now reach level 5 veteran (with the exeption served weapons, snipers and US major) course with the addition of skills at levels 4 and 5.

German halftrack now have a repair function
The halftrack with 50 caliber anti-aircraft weapon has been added to US barracks.
Two other halftracks (a repair and the other with soldiers from the combat engineers) were also added.

Penalties related to Tiger Ace deleted.
Switch Fuel / Ammo available for all factions.
Transfer orders available for all factions.

Modified Officers:
Now they can all start reconnaissance flights, artillery strikes and air strikes.
All officers have "retreat" function, when activated nearby units can fold his side.

Update.

Ajour of weapon slots for all US officers, as well as the rangers (who were limited to 2 slots of 6).
Sprint increased from 5 to 15 seconds for the Rangers.
Deleting medical kits for the US combat engineers, can not renforced.

Armor increased Kulbelwagen 190-250
Medikit retired soviet engineers (not building in some cases because not enough space)

Update :

Adding recovery for all factions (engineers only)
Gain recovery increased (20 and 10 ammunition fuel)
Changing the flamethrower American who was at a disadvantage because he drew less time than the others (1.75 to 3 seconds), it is now equal to others.
The Flak20mm increased in range from 45 to 55 and 30 to damage increased.
