Added the MOWAS "fortress complex" building, now called apartment complex with some upscaled original textures and a bunch of new textures and varations.

- Small car and bus from CTA (Bus only fits 2 passengers currently, need to fix it)
- Texture variations for GoH Liberation buildings
- Telephone booth from MOWAS2 with a German "Postgelb" color variation added
