v0.4 - Sorry college started back up

~~ General ~~
Rodan has some hurt sprites now
Another couple of sfx roars added
Rodan has some more placeholders for his projectiles
Uncolored roughs for Bair and Uair added
Rodan now has a unique aerial and running hurtbox

~~ Dash Attack ~~
If Rodan has grabbed the opponent, he can now dive either left or right depending on which direction is held, he will go forward by default

~~ Bair ~~
Changed to be much larger, but much more laggy and slow, sweet spot also much more awkward to land.

~~ Uair ~~
Hits less hard but is slightly faster. Hits twice now

~~ FSpecial ~~
Rodan has more vertical control during the startup

~~ DStrong ~~
Size heavily nerfed but made more consistent to hit much more in line as what was originally intended

~~ Article ~~
Hitting DSpecial on the ground while the article exists will have the vent spew out a fireball high into the air. This fireball can have its angle shifted by holding left or right during DSpecial.

This Fireball can be hit with Utilt, Fair, or any hitbox of NSpecial to be able to bounce it up at a different angle.

If Rodan's DStrong hits the thermal vent, the vent will fire Rodan's NSpecial Heat Beam straight upwards.

Fixed an issue with the article spawning on the edge of the blastzone.

v0.3 - Lot of changes but I'll give you all a Christmas update.

~~ General / Aesthetics ~~
- Rodan's idle hurtbox width reduced (it was very quite offcentered and created some very strange looking hits when he was in the air)
- Rodan only has three double jumps now (to better fit the workshop standard)
- More finished movement animations
- All palette slots are now filled and the color.gml code slightly updated
- More roars added
- Rodan lifts up the ground when he lands with Dair or DAttack

~~ Reworks ~~
- FStrong no longer spawns wind and no longer is a simple hit. Is now a command grab where Rodan throws the opponent into the sky before tackling them for immense damage. Holding the attack button makes Rodan instead grab the opponent and shift into the air carry state with a brief burst of horizontal momentum.

- DSpecial now summons a thermal vent that no longer deals additional burn damage to the opponent or can be consumed via NSPecial, but now his a hitbox made upon being summoned, opponents can also be slammed into the vent via DAttack and Dair to deal slightly more damage and throw the opponent into the air.

- UStrong no longer consumes all of Rodan's Magma Layers by default to strengthen the final hit when used. He can now manually do this by holding the strong button before the final hit occurs.

~~ Balancing ~~
- Nair given less endlag and landing lag
- Fair given more startup and less hitstun, it was too easy to carry offstage
- Dair cancel window slightly updated
- Rodan can now only get one hit of super armor per use of the moves that can gain it.

v0.2 - Small Update for some Small Fixes.
- More Alt Palettes Added (3 left to fill)
- Updated SFX

~ Jab ~
Fixed issue where holding up or down will make Rodan pause for longer than usual after he grabs an opponent.

~ Dash Attack ~
Rodan can fall through platforms during his descent by holding down, even while he has an opponent in his grasp.

Damage of Grab increased: 2 > 7
To line up with the damage of the falling hitbox, which a grabbed opponent won't get hit by.

~ Dair ~
Similar to Dash Attack, Rodan can fall through platforms while carrying opponents by holding down. He cannot slip past platforms during the grab attempt itself.

Grab Hitbox Angle: 270 > 90
There was some nasty situations where if Rodan traded hits with a recovering opponent with the grab that they would be spiked, this is not intended.

Grab Release BKB: 6 > 5
Grab Release Angle: 45 > 75
Should be much easier for the opponent to not be killed just by Rodan being near the blastzone, as well as punish Rodan more for exhausting said meter.

~ FStrong ~
I forgot to remove a lot of Sandbert code from this one

Forward momentum removed, Rodan now moves backwards during the attack.

~ USpecial ~
The spike now only hits aerial opponents

Added a new hitbox on the same frame the spike hitbox appears. This is a 7 BKB / .55 KBS hitbox that sends away from Rodan's center at a 50 Angle. This should make it so grounded USpecial has more offensive power and leaves Rodan less punishable against grounded opponents, as well as giving Rodan less of a blind spot during this move.
