- Perk Organic Cataclysm = Consume World decision works now also on artificial worlds.
- Removed ship set requirement for origins.
- Devouring swarm can now be Leviathans
- Civic Leviathans = deposit bonus and trait is now stronger, added new icon for the ship action/UI of Leviathans
- Civic Chimeras = Changed bonuses and added 3 unique leader traits
- Civic Eusocial Collective = Fixed the Subterranean Nest deposit disappearing when terraforming.
- Origin Invasive Species can now turn planets into Biomechanical Worlds (decision).
- Buffed Synaptics tradition

Added missing buildings for organic worlds:
- Added Bio-Reactors
- Added Storm Relief/Attraction/Repulsion Centers
- Added Planetary Supercomputer/Research Institute
- Added Genomic Safeguard Warren
- Added Waste Recovery
- Added Augmentation Center (only unlocks the situation, no Cyberization)
- Added Auto-Curating Vault for all empire types

- Flesh Worlds modifiers have been updated.
- Flesh Worlds received custom districts (in savegames it will delete existing Hive World districts).
- Devouring Swarm can now play Galactic Scourge.
- Blocked Permution Pools civic from the origins.
- Increased food upkeep of Voidlings.
- Adjusted the "Synaptics" ascension.
- Added "Clone Vat" building for organic building sets after unlocking the Genetics Tradition
- Added missing shield regeneration to the crisis starbases (small).
- Added a compatibility system with Vanilla, DarkSpace & Evolved to avoid interactions between crisis perks & ascension perks.
- Fixed the crisis mechanic not spreading the starbases through the wormhole in the "Invasive Species" origin.
- Fixed the Vanilla crisis perks being selectable together with the Cellaris crisis.
- Fixed the crisis starbase having a missing model in the component UI
