Updated the mod to the latest version of Pupbase

Fixed a bug where vultures, lizards, and a bunch of other creatures wouldn't be able to fully spot creatures that isn't slugcat.

Ive fixed it once and for all.

Posted a possible hotfix to solve the problem with people not being able to camouflage.

made slugpups more consistant. they'll never loose camo by moving around. However they'll use camo if they sense a threat, or if they're on your back and your also camouflaged.
