Buffs
+ BAir sweetspot spike has a bit more knockback scaling (0.5->0.6) due to the speed
Nerfs
- Added some projectile 'cooldowns' to FStrong and UStrong. If King Boo uses these too rapidly or in combination with eachother, the projectile lifetime is reduced quite a bit. (I considered hard cooldowns, but this is a better middle ground)
- Made rising aerials during double jump not send you as high up
Fixes / Other Changes
+ FAir inner sourspot now sends out rather than in (probably kind of both a buff and nerf?)
+ BAir sourspots now send out instead of spiking and have different stats (again same thing)
+ Added red flashing effect on FStrong spike ball when its about to blow up
+ Fire hitboxes will now blow up the FStrong spike ball (sort of a nerf and a buff, as it can have some uses but also means less projectile hell)
+ Characters can now use 'kob_portrait_sprite' and 'kob_portrait_frame' to override the sprite used while trapped in NSpecial portrait. Completely optional but can be used if you want your character to use a specific sprite or frame
+ Fixed FStrong/UStrong not being absorbable

Buffs
+ FSpecial can now be cancelled with shield/parry during the dash. Should make FSpecial more flexible, though this still uses up FSpecial until you land and doesnt retain the projectile invincibility. Thanks to (Plus) (MK) Ultra (Instinct) for the idea!
Nerfs
- Portrait now drops players a bit faster if King Boo uses a strong
- DSpecial Boo cooldown now waits a bit longer to count down if a Boo is already out, making multiple Boos at once a bit harder to get
- Boos and Portrait have slightly less health (10->8 and 14->10)
Fixes / Other Changes
+ Boos and the Portrait should now ignore players after a galaxy, to prevent them saving players
+ FSpecial will now turn toward the closest opponent more consistently if there are multiple opponents
+ Boos are now slightly more visible, particularly on brighter stages
+ Boos should now only hide when their target is looking at them, and not just any opponent (makes them function better in FFAs mainly, as otherwise they would hide a lot of the time)
+ Boos already ignore teammates for obvious reasons, but their actual attack should now also no longer be able to hit teammates
