- AI now better chooses legacies and advantages.
- Exceeding the regiment limit will now greatly increase the maintenance cost of troops.
- Population growth has been increased.
- Deaths from disease have been increased, and disease outbreaks will occur more frequently.
- Empires and Great Powers now have more prestige.

- Regiment size in all ages is now equal to 1000. Increasing this number seems to have caused lag. May be changed in the future
- The bonus to the regiments limit from an ages is now equal to the original one
- Conscription laws now increase the number of recruits by +25/50/100/200%
- The “Age of Tomorrow” now ends in year 5000, not 2000
