Fixed some localization bugs

  • Optimized some scripts.
  • Changed Button layouts to reduce scrolling.
  • Separate "food supply chain" from "consumer goods".
  • Improved the computation of SCN.
    It uses the final construction output, government allocation and max weekly progress directly, so even the economic laws, construction sector and technologies are modified by mods the result will still be accurate.
  • New feature: adjust the SCN value manually.
    If investment pool growth cannot keep up with the increasing construction output, you can use this feature to allow more government constructions to fill up the queue.
  • Changed how expanding railway/power plant works.
    ->The max expanded levels at once are no longer limited, but you can still choose to set a limitation between 1 to 10.
    ->The expanded levels will be calculated based on local production, consumption and current levels, which means even you have mods that modify the output values of railway and power plants, the calculation result will still be accurate.
    ->The expanding will try to keep the local price of transportation/electricity close to but slightly higher than their base prices, or try to eliminate all infrastructure deficit and provide some surplus. If no max expanded levels was set, the required expanded levels will always be added to the queue at once.
  • Some minor changes and bug fixed.
