Few Tweaks



the event you get when your army is over cap limit is much less punishing, mostly because the ai likes to go over it often
prestige event now has lower expected values to hopefully not punish you before the game even starts
event you get when youre low on manpower isn't broken anymore
manpower event is less punishing(the is likely temporary till i get good results
the government error event is more likely to spawn now
loans are edited, they have more inflation, and the cap is set at 5)

Tons of changes



firstly, there isn't a population effect to the mod for a little bit, ill readd it at some point, also, there is a huge buff to the effects of the eclipse event, which causes it to be harder to fight against it, i also changed the event title from 'eclipse of our empire' to 'fall of our empire'
i also changed the effects of the event from 25 years to 30 years

finally
the big change

i made it so that the event doesn't really trigger on its own any more, as there are now alot of new events that slowly inch to the event, so you have to watch out, as now it becomes risky to:
be in a war for too long
have your capital occupied in war for too long
have a huge army
have a past cap army
there are famines and other chanced events
dont be low on manpower
dont let your prestige get too low
watch out, vassals can petition when you have too many of them
loans are risky now


thats all, i want to test from here now, lets see!!

many changes, mainly buffing the effects of the event(basically just making the event more of a nightmare :D)
because big empires like the fathamids had managed to completely face these events one after the other without collapsing



the changes are:
changes minimum unrest required for a revolt limit from 65 to 45
changes minimum regiments of rebels from 9 to 13
changes maximum regiments of rebels from 28 to 45

changed duration of effects of the event to 25 from 15
changed corruption effect from +15 to +45
changed max moral lost after event from -0.4 to -35
changed max manpower loss from -10000 to -40000
changed unit discipline effect from -3.5 to -7.5
changed tax efficiency effect from +0.3 to -3
event now has new -65 production efficiency
event now has new -45 manpower recovery speed

changes to individual eras chances of event from 2%
-1000 to 0 has changed to 10%
0 to 1000 is now 8%
1000 to 1444 is now 7%
1444 to 1580 is now 6.5%
1580 to 1715 is now 4%
1715 to 1871 is now 2%

population thesholds have been adjusted also
-1000 to 0 went from 800 000 to 900 000
1444 to 1580 went from 4 million to 3.6 million
1580 to 1715 went from 8 million to 7.4 million
1715 to 1871 went from 35 million to 20 million
