"Full Launch" for Percht is finally here.

New Moves:

New movement mechanic: Smokedash
* When within a smoke cloud, Percht gains unique, powerful new movement options.
* Pretty Smokedash:
- Covers a large distance almost instantly, then quickly stops, allowing for precise repositioning.
* Ugly Smokedash:
- Teleports a short distance, then dashes in the desired direction, letting you weave through the opponents offence.

New Pretty moves:
* Whiplash [Special]
- long reaching whip attack that results in a second, delayed hit, good for extending combos
* Juggle [Special]
- high reaching whip attack with aimable knockback, lets you, as the name suggests, juggle your opponent and do DI mix
* Incense Mace [Super]
- Swings your incense burner at the enemy. if hit or blocked, summons a smoke cloud that follows the opponent for a short while

New Ugly moves:
* Air Claw [Normal]
- short range claw jab in the air
* Ankle Slasher [Normal]
- Low hitting claw attack that pulls the opponent in
* Claw-By [Normal] (Replaces Slide)
- Long distance prolonged hitbox with an unblockable followup at the end
- this move will skip immediately to the unblockable if used after ankle slasher
* Hammer Fist [Normal] (Reworked)
- Slower with a larger hitbox downward smash
- can now be used when grounded, can also be aimed when grounded
* Scissors [Special]
- Freely aimable claw attack that resets momentum, has far reach
* Smoke Cloak [Super]
- Summons a smoke cloud that follows you
* Jumpscare Grab [Super]
- Lunges forward to grab the opponent, then throws them downward. lunge speed scales with movement speed


Changes:

Various changes to Damage, Hitstun, Blockstun and Knockback on too many moves to bother listing, should be improved overall.

Movement:
* Adjusted movement abilities for both forms:
- Pretty grounded dash is now slightly slower
- Omnidirectional airdash removed from both forms
- to compensate, double jump can now also be aimed downward, but not to the side

Pretty:
* Smoke Cloud Summon changed to allow full coverage
* Whipcopter now only blockcancels once during the whip spin instead of twice

Ugly:
* Ground Slam no longer cancels on hit
* iasa on hit now at 13
* Claw no longer cancels on hit
* iasa on hit now at 5
* Increased forward movement on all Charge punch variations

Addendum
We are currently planning an additional content patch for the near future which will include:
* Significantly Improving the function of Goodie Bag
* One whole new mechanic which comes in the form of two new "Projectile" Supers, one for each form

Today we celebrate Percht's Two-Month Anniversary and bring a big (and somewhat overdue) Goodie-bag of Bugfixes and Balance changes. You can expect more Moves to be added in the future, but for now take a look at the for Percht ver. 0.2:

NEW AND REMOVED STUFF

- Replaced Upswipe with Leap Slash (special)
- Implemented Ugly's default grab
- Implemented Pretty's default grab
- Added remaining lifetime and index to smoke projectiles (appears on hover like the P1/P2 indicator)
- Added some SFX and VFX
- Added a proper Codex entry


BALANCE CHANGES

- Smokescreen Smoke-puff amount reduced from 9 to 6
- Smokescreen now costs 2 super instead of 1
- Smokescreen can now be aimed to only deploy in one direction
- Lowered Smoke Explosion's damage
- Claw now hits on f4, hitbox is smaller, +2 anim length
- Torch Jab is now parriable
- Torch Jab now hits on f5, -1 anim length
- Non-Torch Jab Fire moves are no longer block cancellable
- Slide Kick hitbox now lasts 4f and is +1 block advantage (this is mostly so that he has an actual meaty from otg)
- Jab and Ankle Cutter now trigger Whip Combo
- Air Zone is no longer Self Interruptible
- Increased Air Scorch gravity
- Aerial Scorch no longer resets Aerial momentum
- Impale now has 0 block advantage (instead of -1)
- Goodie Bag no longer gains Percht's Y velocity if it's too downward
- Goodie Bag more properly inherits Percht's velocity
- Slightly increased Goodie Bag's base speed
- Changed the way Whipcopter's velocity scales with Length
- Dash Grab and Restand Grab are no longer FC-able
- Changed Charge Punch hitstuns
- You can now Quickswap on Restand Grab (only swaps after throw) and Spin Claw
- Aerial Smokeshift costs air options now
- Added Smokeshift Cancel
- Pretty Hustle now lasts 48f, interrupts on 13f, gives meter on 45f
- Ugly Hustle grab hit should no longer be cancellable
- Smokeshift can now be used after Hustling
- Grabs now have 2 proration and scale Combo more
- Ground Slam upward Velocity now gets applied 2f later

BUGFIXES/NONBALANCE CHANGES

- Fixed explosions not chain reacting
- Fixed Quickswap toggle appearing incorrectly sometimes
- Fixed (at least some) Smokeshift crashes/bugs
- Fixed Aerial Scorch hitbox grouping
- Fixed landing state sprite for Pretty
- Fixed Cleave's second hit's hitlag + incorrect final frame
- Changed the way Smokeshift penalty is applied, should cause less problems
- Changed how Smokeshift particles on to Air Smokeshift work
- Ankle cutter hitbox has been changed and now is timed correctly with the sprite
- Changed Restand Grab's and Charge Punch's UI labels
- Fixed stray pixel on Ugly hurt high
- Super Fall is now correctly interruptable on enemy turn
- Added Ugly's missing getup sprite
- Changed how Smokeshift particles on the Air Smokeshift work
- Fixed Ground Slam (now correctly interacts with Claw)
- Percht can now be wall-slammed
