Added a new treasure pool for the small rock so that the rewards are actually different from the large rock (apparently that's been broken for quite some time now and I didn't notice at all)

Built in support for Frackin' Universe, Arcana, Maple32, and Starburst Rework!
Omni-Vein nodes can now spawn on biomes added by these mods.
