made many changes:
fast mode now has no gravity
the ball in regular mode has a max velocity of 20 and 50 while in fast mode
area and animations of base attacks increased
all hits with the bat now put the ball into fast mode for 10 frames

Added new move named Arise which raises the ball into the air if it is too close to the ground while also conserving horizontal momentum if the ball had enough of it when the move was used.

changed the blue mystic card to half the current velocity of the ball
