Up Strong has a faster animation on its active frames, making it feel less slugish. AP Forward Air's animation was changed slightly; the frame data and hitboxes are the same

Fixed Ledge Up animation so it returns to idle.

Buffed Level 8, 9, and 10 of Neutral B with higher knockback and knockback scaling; you'll still need to land the strike at the correct distance to get the angle you want, however it will be far more rewarding and worth the risk of charging it up.
