Added new modes to the:

• Perst-3 top (rhs_acc_perst3_top)
  
• Perst-3 + 2DP (rhs_acc_perst3_2dp)

Note: There are also the same attachments, but with the letter "H", which means "high mount". Some RHS weapons require a high mount for these devices, while others do not. You don't need to worry about choosing the right one; it will change automatically if you pick one with the wrong mount.
