MapTweaks Update 2:
* [d1_canals_01] arrest_police_2 and beat_cop1 will now attempt to arrest the player
* [d2_prison_07] Added a prisoner in some of the cells
* [d2_prison_07] Added 2 security cameras
* [d2_prison_07] Added 4 soldiers who will flank the player on the third wave in the first room
* [d2_prison_07] Brane Scan will now play once first wave triggers
* [d2_prison_07] Increased the amount of enemies that will appear in the waves during the standoff in the first room
* Wave 1 will consist of 3 stages of SMG Soldiers
* Wave 2 will consist of 5 stages of SMG Soldiers, plus 1 Shotgunner
* Wave 3 will have 6 stages of enemies
* Wave 4 will have 10 stages of SMG/AR2 enemies and 7 stages shotgunners
* Wave 5 will have 12 stages of enemies

* [d1_canals_01] Added 2 additional metro cops next to the area with 2 other cops standing next to some barrels
* [d1_canals_01] A few cop spawners are set to infinite spawns
* [d1_canals_01] Traintrack cops (north and south) will spawn 5 times
