-Linked the loaders for the hardpoints to the hardpoints (forgot to re-link them when I replaced the large hardpoints with normal ones).

[Tier 1 Balance Update]
-Replaced heavy hardpoints with normal hardpoints (removed railgun ammo storage to match; shifted ballast unit loader back into cargo).
-Added two discharge coils sandwiching the reactor. All three coils will be triggered together.
-Reworked engine: acceleration should be similar to before, but with a max speed of around 33.3km/h.
-Made the research table in Medical cosmetic/non-interactable. You can still lay on it by clicking the circle above compartment B.
-With the lowered max speeds, replaced the "halve speed" toggle on the Nav terminal with a Depth Charge trigger.
-Edited the manual to reflect changes.
-Minor sprite depth fixes.

-Fixed a minor sprite depth issue that I overlooked.

-Made numerous wires visible so that the Electrician's Goggles would be usable (all were hidden previously). Reorganized the now visible wires and shifted the sprite depths of a lot of stuff to keep everything looking nice.
-Fixed the /r command. Redid some of the /info texts.
-Removed a handful of manually stored gear from the sub for balance/aesthetic reasons.

Updated the functionality of the /flora command. Now floods the Bilge and Upper Diving/Airlock. Rectified this new functionality with some edge cases (/drain interaction, lower dock/bilge interaction, etc.). Updated manual and /info to match.

Tuned the Reactor's stats to better match it's experimental nature (in the interest of perhaps approaching a more balanced sub; still considering other changes). Small increases to fuel consumption, condition decay rates, etc.

Small set of visual improvements.

Thumbnail updates for lower dock addition. Too lazy to remake the blueprint edit but I updated the text.

Fixed hull names/links.

Moved Medical Fabricator to Laboratory and linked it to the Medical Cabinet. Aligned and locked linked fabricator/cabinet UIs.

Added a labeled readout for each command terminal of the inputs given to the other terminal. Added a response to typing in /info with no following command name.
