Optimized the squishing of the UI for more than 4 party members so that instances of 2 or more rows each of statuses don't shove party members off the screen.

Made some visual adjustments, and fixed some longstanding bugs.


*The text now has proper outlining.
*The scroll window no-longer improperly shows an arrow when there is nothing to scroll to in that direction.
*The fixes for the bug above this one also should end up fixing a bug where the UI would sometimes get stuck on the passives screen.

Added a 'folded' UI effect that happens when too many party members are present (Such as when playing with certain mods, such as Living World, or in the final boss).

Added more moves to the list of moves that will list the next move in the list on the passives screen, because apparently Custom Starter is not the only passive move that checks the next move.

Hid all passives behind a menu that can be accessed by pressing right(Left to go back) during combat.

This menu leaves in any non-passives that come right after Custom Starter.

Fixed a bug that caused buff/debuff icons on sticker attributes to become oversized.
