significant update

main highlights:
* reworked ground textures and overall brightness
* reworked territories
* VPs have their own territory now
* rebalanced fuel and ammo cap points. centre now holds +15 munition cap points and on their flanks +10 fuel.
* overall fuel has gone from 40 to 50 and munitions from 70 to 80
* reworked entrance to main mansion VP - more balanced
* additional out of bounds dressing
* art pass with refinements to splats and splines

* atmosphere tweaks from an early dark morning to a foggy mid-morning
* brightness tweaks
* additional cover items added
* foliage update to reflect autumn and including the new autumn foliage assets
* custom feeder troughs added as heavy cover

* angled map to true north
* fixed visible blockers and made them not visible
* fixed out of bounds not being out of bounds
* trimmed map to original spec
* fixed clipping issue in flag on mansion
* fx pass to ensure they all work
* added chimney smoke to smoke stacks in dusk atmosphere
* small side structure near middle north VP now non-garrisonable
