Fixed UI scrambling issue
An error is still presented when closing the UI if your inventory is open. But this error doesn't break anything it's just annoying. Fix for it will have to wait until later

Added ability to resolve color for portrait overlays based on element of the creature the portrait is for. Simply add "+color" to the portrait filename, and then add an overlay for it. For example: linking "c_hound-1+color.png "and "c_hound-1+color-overlay.png" will now automatically re-color the overlay based on the creature's element, so that it matches its sprite on the map.

- Fixed stale links (pointing to non-existent portraits) resulting in portrait showing up as the sprite (now selects a random vanilla portrait c_m/c_f based on gender)
- Now generates a new local mod to store links that don't get overwritten by main mod updates (useful if you want to have your own custom links that don't come with a specific mod for personal use, like when linking custom portrait folders)
- Added ability to add portraits to mods which only have links and no portrait folder (external/compatibility link mods)
