moved Xaw radar up onto the hill to the north
added a hospital west of Xaw
added large farm/village area (Phun Na) southeast of Xaw
expanded village (Sayan Teun) north of Wujara
fixed invisible barrier in Toxico
rebalanced loot (there was too much)
got rid of twig breaking sounds in jungle
removed Praphakar, Sedikit and Teluk (obsolete spawn towns)
removed Kortau (it was stupid)
