- Fixed an issue with a deadframe with Tandem summon that made Joe Tarot invulnerable and made the opponent interrupt incorrectly in a few instances
- Enemy can no longer waste burst during Timestop
- Stand On Mach Ora no longer block cancels
- Stand On Mach Ora no longer beats grab
- Roundhouse is now usable with 0 air options, but cannot be used to gain upwards momentum with 0 air options
- Out of My Way IASA increased 18 > 22
- Mini Timestop can no longer trigger on projectiles
- Fixed an issue with Super Barrage using meter that it shouldnt
- Ankle Break is now -1 on block
- Ankle Break hitbox lowered slightly
- When selecting Timestop, there will be a text box saying "CAN BE BLOCKED", for better clarity
- Rocks and Tower projectiles have larger hurtboxes now
- Bat IASA now 16f
- Mach THrow IASA now 18f
- Super Barrage meter slider now only goes up to your current meter. No gameplay changes, just QoL

# Changelogs:
- Added lots of voicelines and sound effects to nearly the entire moveset. Should help Joe Tarot feel less quiet during matches.
- Added Tower Toss: Stand Off super that requires a full bar of rocks to use, consumes all on use
- Added a K.O. effect for when Joe Tarot loses a match. There is also one secret one.
- When using Hustle during Timestop, there is now an option to end the Timestop early with it. This is purely a cosmetic/show off function and serves 0 gameplay purposes.
- Reworked Super Barrage to allow you to choose how much meter you spend
- Super Barrage no longer takes meter in Infinite Resources
- Super Barrage enders meter gain lowered 1 > 0.2
- Stand Off Star Breaker to be unparriable (wasn't meant to before)
- Stand On Star Breaker SDI changed 0.5 > 0. This is to fix an intended link that should have been possible on DI down. It is still possible to avoid this by using DI out.
- Tandem Summons particles sound effect and particle now come out frame 10 instead of 1. Just a visual change to fix a couple weird looking situations where Joe Tarot is interrupted before Star Platinum comes out.
- Timestop now accounts for Elder's Brace block. If there are any other characters that have custom built blocks that need to be accounted for, let me know.
- Added DI to execute (apparently DI was set to 0 for some reason)
- Execute's latter 3 hitboxes condensed into a single hitbox. This doesn't really mean much other than it scales slightly better.

- Blazing Storm and Tandem Barrage now have proper scaling

- Fixed a link where Stand On Star Breaker > Unsummon > Stomp wouldnt work
