- Added server config to change flight acceleration and speed.
- Added server config to increase tile reach.
- Added particles to bubbles from bubble breath when they pop.
- Added particles to tornado segments when they despawn.
- Added healing boost buff while in water or rain. +3HP/s
- Eyes now glow when the healing boost added above is active.
- Split the race's sprite into hair/eye/detail/skin layers so they can be coloured individually.
- Added a petrified sprite for the race.
- Race now faces towards the direction of bubble breath.
- Tornado ability now plays the Water Bolt sound when used.
- Bubble breath now reduces enemy contact damage by 40% for 0.5sec after hit. Does not affect enemy projectiles.

** Changes **
- Updated all config strings to be proper.
- Slowed grounded animation and speed.
- Slowed aerial acceleration a bit.
- Tornado ability now has a 10 second cooldown and a debuff to indicate it.
- Racial ability damage now scales with maximum HP.
- Racial ability damage tuned. Bubbles do much less at base, tornado does more.
- Racial ability damage now scales with summon damage bonuses.
- Slowed down bubble firerate by +25%. (4 frames >> 5 frames per shot)
- Default HP multiplier is now 90%.

** Fixes **
- Fixed grounded speed not applying correctly.
- No longer can use levitation while mounted.
- Being frozen/petrified makes you fall.
- Animation while swimming properly accounts for any form of motion and scales up animation speed with motion speed.
- Updated item swing offsets to look better.
- Netcode sync for tornados so they don't look glitched on clients that aren't the projectile's owner.

** Code/Internal **
- Applied automated cleanup to fix some incorrect namespaces and other things.
