Map updated, balancing done to make play a little quicker

Map Updated, MP38 added, spawn timings tweaked

*added custom music: Red Orchestra : Combined Arms - Menu Soundtrack. Tweaked spawns slightly to ensure both teams meet eachother much closer. Read feedback and tested but feel I disagree with the feedback. Removed only one Soviet MG and added one for the Germans in the defensive phase. If you cannot make it to the ridge then I apologize but you need to be sending more lead out at Bolsheviks. Added G43 sniper to marksman of non MP41 squad. Tweaked times slightly for captures. Hold period currently makes clearing the objectives paramount while also requiring the player to keep enemy reinforcement waves at bay.
